We provide residential and commercial exterior-cleaning services, including house washing, roof cleaning, concrete and driveway cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related pressure-washing services. Specific services, pricing, timing, and scope are confirmed in the customer's estimate or service agreement.
2. ESTIMATES AND PAYMENT
Estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time. Pricing may change if the requested scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered. Payment is due upon completion unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. APPOINTMENTS AND RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be rescheduled because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers promptly.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must provide accurate contact and property information, ensure reasonable access at the scheduled time, close windows and doors, secure fragile or valuable outdoor items, and disclose known property conditions that could affect the work.
5. SMS PROGRAM TERMS
Program Name and Description
The JOHNSONS HOLY FLOW PRESSURE WASHING CO. SMS program provides two separately optional categories of text messages:
• Non-marketing messages about estimate requests, appointment scheduling, service reminders, service updates, and customer support.
• Marketing messages about promotions, special offers, and discounts.

Providing a phone number by itself does not enroll a customer in SMS messaging. The non-marketing and marketing consent checkboxes are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Opt Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages under that consent unless you opt in again.
Rejoining
To rejoin after opting out, submit the Free Estimate Request form again and actively select the desired optional SMS consent checkbox.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing or undisclosed conditions, including loose siding, oxidized surfaces, existing paint failure, rotten wood, damaged mortar, existing concrete cracks, improperly installed fixtures, or failed window seals. Cleaning can reveal conditions previously hidden by dirt, mold, mildew, algae, or oxidation.
7. SATISFACTION
If you are dissatisfied with work performed, notify us within 48 hours after completion. We will make reasonable efforts to inspect and address concerns related to the agreed scope of work.
